Obligations of the contractor 3

Remnants of the effects and things of value and others:
Shall be in accordance with Article No. (20) of the Public Works contract, which states:
(Considers all cash and valuables and Antiquities, buildings and other things of value geological or archaeological discovered at the site of the work the exclusive property of the employer, and the contractor to take appropriate precautions to prevent his workers or any other person to transfer or destruction of any of these things. Lists of workers:
Shall be in accordance with Article No. (27) of the Public Works contract, which states:

Examination of the work covered by:
Shall be in accordance with Article No. (30) of the Public Works contract, which states:
(I - may not cover any work or obscured from view without the approval of the Engineer or his representative, and the contractor that provides the opportunity for an engineer or his representative to examine and measure any work will be covered or obscured from view. And the contractor when such work is ready or about to be ready for testing to submit to the Engineer or his representative a notice in writing to attend as soon as possible to examine and measure the business, unless the engineer or his representative considered that it was unnecessary to inform the contractor to do so.
II - Detection of work and make holes in it:
The Contractor shall disclose any part or parts of the business, or work or where the holes through which, as so ordering the Engineer from time to time, and the contractor to restore this part or those parts to its former position to the satisfaction of its engineer
If the part or parts of the work has been covered yet tested in accordance with the first paragraph of this article, and it took on after the detection of, or make holes in or through; the expenses of the disclosure and return it to its former position all be the responsibility of the employer, provided their presence conform to the contract, but in other cases, all expenses are the responsibility of the contractor. )
Shop drawings:
The contractor shall submit shop drawings showing details of the implementation of various business processes and adoption of the engineer, and he made adjustments and changes that may be required by the Engineer on these schemes, and the contractor shall submit those plans to the Engineer prior to beginning the implementation of the work required in sufficient time 0
Implementation plans by:
The contractor shall submit the number (3) complete copies of the plans detailed engineering that show what has been implemented already on the ground, and showing the paths, ground facilities, and to be an appropriate scale and explaining all its dimensions and its coordinates, is the adoption of the Engineer of such schemes is necessary to accept, and will not be receiving primary unless the Contractor shall submit these plans as the port is already on the ground.
Evacuation of the site after completion of the work:
Shall be in accordance with Article No. (25) of public works contract, which states:
(The contractor shall immediately after completion of the work to clear the site and transported him to all construction equipment, materials and waste and temporary works of every kind, and he has to leave the entire site and all the work clean and ready for use or is approved by the employer.)
