This guide aims to shed light on the duties and functions of the body overseeing the project work and implementation steps in accordance with the principles and technical standards; in order to facilitate the task of the supervisory organs according to the following:
- Identify the responsibilities of the engineer.
- Note some of the responsibilities of the contractor's rights and obligations and the implementation of the business.
- Clarify the conditions, instructions and regulations relating to the supervision of implementation.
- Identify the basic steps to oversee the implementation of the various projects.
- Identify the procedures followed in the work of overseeing the implementation of projects.
