48 - the final extract:
The final payment will be prepared after receiving primary based on actual measurements and implemented in accordance with the nature of the schemes and the conditions and specifications, quantities and numbers are set out in the final extract with a final resolution of any fines (if any).
49 - for maintenance (security):
