Duties of a supervising professional observers

1 - access to project documents and examination of the work under it.
2 - access to all circulars issued and adhered to.
3 - to guide employees by the contractor during the various stages of implementation.
4 - Monitoring materials and the work being executed at the site, and ensure compliance with the specifications.
5 - Calculating Alahoudarat (Supply) daily to the site.
6 - Assist the supervising engineer in the delivery of the project site to the contractor.
7 - Assist the supervising engineer in the control equipment contractor.
8 - Assist the supervising engineer to open the files necessary to save the project documents for preservation and ease of reference.
9 - to ensure the conformity of supplied materials to the site of the approved samples and verify the integrity of storage.
10 - Survey work carried out daily.
11 - Preparing daily report with an explanation of all the comments, or any irregularities during implementation.
12 - with the contractor to participate in the sampling and testing them.
13 - Supervision and audit work carried out site, and ensure compliance with the plans and specifications.
14 - Cooperation with the supervising engineer and comply with his instructions and guidance through the stages of implementation and coordination with him in all matters.
15 - Engineer to inform the supervisor of any irregularities or defects seen during the implementation, and make sure the contractor to avoid all the observations
