Daily Report:
Its main objectives: -
- Registration of different weather.
- Indicate the number of workers and the profession of each group of them.
- Indicate the number of engineers and technicians present by the Contractor.
- Register of machinery and equipment suitable for the work of the task.
- Alahoudarat statement that was delivered that day and the extent of compliance with the specifications and safety of storage.
- The statement of work being carried out on that day.
- A statement of violations and problems that occurred on that day.
- Any important observations pertaining to implementation of the project.
- Know the weather conditions in advance will help to take some necessary precautions (hot weather, wind, rain ... ... ...).
- Some cases require knowledge of therapeutic climate that prevailed in that day.
- The previous data collection period of time helps to know how serious the contractor to work to finish the project.
- The previous data that is very useful in evaluating the loss of the employer or contractor in the event of differences, and the desire to determine the daily reality of the project, and calculate the daily cost of the equipment and workers 0
