 / 2 definitions:



1 - Ministry (the employer):

Means any ministry or institution of the State

2 - Contractor:

The person or persons natural or juridical persons, institution or company, or consortium by the employer, who give their all, including bodyguards and their representatives authorized to represent them from the system or replaced with the consent of the employer.

3 - Project:

Actions to be implemented in full details and documents under the contract.

4 - Contract:

Agreement signed between the employer and the contractor, and identifies its rights, obligations and duties of both parties. Or is my will meet with the owner and contractor to achieve a specific goal in clear rights and obligations of the parties.

5 - the contract documents:

Formula includes the contract - the terms and conditions of public and private - charts - bills of quantities - Reports of the soil - explanatory notes and any other documents included in the contract, and are all part and parcel of the contract.

6 - period of the contract:

Specified period of contract for the implementation of the project, starting from the date of delivery of the minutes of the site to the contractor supported.

7 - additional period:

Additional period for implementation to be added to the original term of the contract approved by the employer.

8 - the value of the contract:

Is the total value defined in the contract for the implementation of the whole business.

9 - bills of quantities:

Is a list showing the description of the terms of the whole project and units of measure, quantity, unit and total prices.
