Materials and samples:
Requests the engineer of the contractor shall submit material samples corresponding to the specifications accompanied by a copy of the paragraph and paragraph specifications table quantities, as well as accounts and certificates required, the procedures are as follows:
1 - The Contractor shall fill out a form Request for approval of materials (Form No. 6) and submit it to the supervising engineer accompanied by samples of materials to be approved.
2 - The concerned based review documents and examine the samples and make sure they comply with the specifications and appropriate for the project, and are then taken one of the following:
(A) Adopt the sample also provided without any notes.
(B) adopt the sample taking into account the observations made without re-rendering.
(C) adopt the sample taking into account the observations made should be re-submission.
(D) are not supported for the reasons described and observations.
The mind is not to exceed the duration of the proceedings, for the period stipulated in the contract.
3 - re-engineer or supervisor of the application form for selection of materials after the adoption of a procedure as in the previous paragraph (2).
4 - The contractor shall take the necessary measures to re-apply if necessary.
5 - to keep the samples approved in the Chamber of Active samples for reference in case of different materials supplied or when the primary delivery of the project.
6 - to ensure the safety of storage of materials in safe places to protect it from weather, and in a manner to ensure efficient use of the required usable.
