2/5/14 supervision costs of delay:
Shall be in accordance with Article No. (40) of the Public Works contract, which states:
(In addition to the fine provided for in Article (39) required the contractor to bear the fees of the supervisor of the implementation of the project during the subordination of the contractor of the fine, and calculated the fees on the basis required by the contract supervisor if the amount of a periodic or a percentage of the value of the Contract.
