Waiver of the others:
Shall be in accordance with Article No. (3) of the public works contract, which states:
(Not entitled to the contractor to assign his contract or any part thereof or for any profit or any interest arising him and have him without the prior written consent of the employer, however, remains the main contractor responsible path of solidarity with the assignee of the subcontractors on the implementation of contract 0)
Subcontracting:
Shall be in accordance with Article No. (4) of the public works contract, which states:
(Not entitled to the contractor to subcontract to implement all the business place of the contract, unless the contract specifies otherwise, it is not entitled to the contractor also subcontract to carry out part of the business without obtaining the prior written consent of the employer, provided that such approval does not relieve the Contractor of responsibility and obligations under the contract, but remains the contractor responsible for every act, error or omission made by any subcontractor or its agents, employees or workers, as if this act or error or neglect, issued by the same contractor, or agents or employees or workers are not considered employment contracts entered into by the contractor on the basis of piecework payment engagements subcontractor under this article.)
