The right to use materials:
The contractor may with the consent of use of the materials engineer existing site (site work) as long as the property boundary and provided they are not going to use them any harm to others, and were not these materials are substances or antique coins, metal or precious materials. And not to the contractor the right to complete the work is not included in the contract or illustrated in the drawings to use them, but the currency is limited to what is expensive it only under contract.
Quantities:
Shall be in accordance with Article No. (46) of the Public Works contract, which states:
(The quantities mentioned in the list of quantities are the estimated quantities of work, and conducted on the basis of accounting the actual quantities that are implemented).
Measure of work:
Shall be in accordance with Article No. (46) of the Public Works contract, which states:
(Except as otherwise described on the opposite engineer must be achieved by measurement, and to decide under which the value of work that has been done according to the contract, as well as the engineer when he wants to measure any part of the business that feels that the contractor or his agent, the Commissioner or his representative, and these or any of them to attend himself or send his authorized agent in order to help the engineer or a representative of the engineer in such a measurement, it must submit to the Engineer or Engineer representative of all the information required by him to any of them).
Measuring method:
Shall be in accordance with Article No. (48) of public works contract, which states:
(First: The business is measured on the basis of measurements of the net only, unless expressly provided otherwise.
Second, except as hereinafter specifically provided for the metric system should be used in all measurements and purposes of the contract).
