2/5/13 fine delay:
Shall be in accordance with Article No. (39) of the Public Works contract, which states:
(If the delay the contractor complete the work and deliver a full schedule, and did not see his work, calling for the withdrawal of the work it is committed to a fine for the period that delayed the completion of the work after the deadline for delivery, calculated on the basis of the average daily cost of the project, by dividing the value of the contract expires in accordance to the following:
A - a fine on the first part of the period of delay as much as quarter of the average daily cost for each day of delay until it reaches more Almdtan fifteen days, or five percent of the term of the contract.
B - a fine on the second part of the period of delay as much as half the average daily cost for each day of delay until the parts more than thirty days or Almdtan ratio of ten percent (10%) of the term of the contract.
H - a fine on the third part of the full length of the delay as much as the average daily cost for each subsequent day of delay for more Almdtan provided for in paragraph (b).
