Tests:
Initial tests:
- Be tested for water-bearing structures to make sure of its provisions against leakage, and after the tests are at least 28 days from the date of concrete placement, and before doing any work before the bridge and the insulation work.
- Are tested all the sewer pipes by gravity filling, and the lines are tested at the end of the rubble, and before re-asphalting.
- Line pipes are cleaned prior to testing.
- The test is as follows:
- Ensure that the level of groundwater in the trench at the lowest level under the bottom of the points in the pipe, and the interface to be tested.
- Is the use of air or smoke to test the line of pipes with a diameter of more than (700 mm) or more, and are tested pipelines with a diameter less water or Hspmathddh specifications.
- Check all lengths of pipe that fail the test to search for and repair the defect, and then re-test again in order to achieve the desired results.
The final tests:
- Pipelines are tested again after backfilling is completed and before the receipt where the primary test (10%) of the lengths of sewer lines.
- Be recorded all the results of tests in the presence of the supervising engineer and the architect of the contractor, and be signed by each of them.
- Additional testing is done for pipes (5%) of the total lengths of the receipt by the Commission and under the primary supervision.
