Provide advice and guidance to the contractor:

The engineer review the inventory of the work carried out and conformity with the conditions and specifications and the codification of this book exclusively, for the reference in the preparation of extracts, and the contractor shall sign on every page in the book inventory and computer quantities (if any) and the observer and the engineer.
Regular meetings:
Meet the engineer and his staff of engineers and observers and surveyors to examine and discuss what there may be implementation problems or obstacles impeding the progress of work, has been named the contractor to attend those meetings or part thereof, and such meetings can reduce or eliminate the correspondence and communications that may lead in some cases to misunderstandings between the various parties, as they factor to explain the views and solve problems amicably and quickly, it is preferable that these meetings a week, and is preparing the minutes of documented and signed by all present, and kept in a special file for easy reference when needed.
